Service Scope and Regulatory Perimeter

Quanta is a software technology provider. We provide algorithmic software, documentation and technical support for user-operated deployment environments. We do not operate trading platforms or exchanges, provide brokerage or financial services, hold or custody client funds or offer payment or money transmission services.

All account opening, exchange relationships, wallet custody, order execution and capital management are conducted directly by the user with third-party providers. Users remain solely responsible for selecting and supervising those providers, complying with applicable laws and assessing whether any regulated permissions are required in their jurisdiction.

Risk Acknowledgment

Trading cryptocurrencies involves significant risk. You acknowledge that you are fully aware of and understand the risks associated with trading and are solely responsible for your actions. The FCA warning is: "Don't invest unless you're prepared to lose all the money you invest. This is a high-risk investment and you should not expect to be protected if something goes wrong." See the Financial Conduct Authority guidance for UK users. Users outside the UK should consult their local regulatory authorities. You remain solely responsible for all investment and trading decisions.

No Personalised Investment Advice

Quanta is not registered with the Financial Conduct Authority or your local equivalent to provide personalised investment advice. Quanta designs algorithmic trading strategies and software tooling only. You should consult a qualified financial professional for advice tailored to your circumstances.

Compliance with Laws

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of trading software and algorithms complies with all applicable local, national and international laws, including tax requirements. Cryptocurrency regulations vary by jurisdiction. You should seek legal guidance to confirm full compliance.

Gunbot Platform and Licensing

Quanta algorithm licensing does not include the pricing, provision or licensing of the Gunbot platform. Gunbot must be purchased separately through Gunbot's official sales channels. Quanta does not control Gunbot availability, pricing, service levels or third-party policy changes.

Limitation of Liability

Quanta is not liable for losses, damages or financial consequences arising from use of the algorithms, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of capital, profits, trading opportunities or data.

• No Guarantee of Results: Past performance does not indicate future outcomes. Trading involves substantial risk and you may lose all invested capital.
• Technical Risks: Quanta does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Software defects, exchange API issues, infrastructure failures and third-party outages may affect performance.
• Third-Party Dependencies: Quanta algorithms rely on external platforms, APIs and exchanges. Quanta is not responsible for latency, downtime, errors or incorrect third-party data feeds.
• User Responsibility: You remain solely responsible for setup, configuration, testing and monitoring. Quanta strongly recommends testing in a simulation or demo environment before deploying live capital.
• Jurisdictional Limits: Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability exclusions. Where restricted, Quanta liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

No Refunds Policy

Quanta does not provide refunds for algorithm purchases. If an issue is identified, it will be addressed through official support channels. All purchases are final.

No Warranty and Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quanta products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.
